The actual shopping experience was amazing. I think Nap is an amazing shop with a great product selection. However, I am very disappointed with the quality of the neoprene bag. I bought it specifically for a trip to London to carry on the airplane. The first time I used it, the side stud popped out of the fabric and I can no longer use the bag. I am hoping this can be repaired.
