Shipping policy

Delivery is standard from R150 to R250 for main centres and R350 - R450 for outlying areas and accordingly, the delivery fee will be will displayed when you checkout and recorded in your order confirmation and invoice, which will be emailed to you.

Subject to availability and receipt of payment, requests will be processed within 3 to 7 business days and delivery confirmed by way of an email.

The offering on this website is available to South African clients only.

Delivery of Your Order will be made 3 to 7 business days from the date that your order confirmation is sent to you, except during sales and/or special events, such as Black Friday or Cyber Monday, when delivery may take up to 10 business days. We do not always carry large quantities within the store, this means that items not always in stock at the store, bigger items, custom orders delivery may take longer. We do not guarantee that Your Order will be dispatched or delivered on any particular date and time.  

While we take extra care to ensure that delicate items are packaged accordingly, we cannot ensure that the courier company will treat them the same way and therefore as much care as we take, we do not take any responsibility for breakages once your order leaves the store. 

NAP Living uses an economy door to door courier service to ensure fast and direct delivery anywhere in South Africa.

Our courier service offers delivery from Monday - Friday 08:00 - 17:00.  

Weekend or after-hour deliveries may be offered on special request at a surcharge. 

Shipping lead time varies per product on some items the lead time will be stated within the description section of the product.

Please ignore the "Free" shipping rate listed at checkout for international shipments.  If you proceed to checkout without contacting us for a shipping quote first, you will still be liable to pay the fee before we will dispatch your order.

Please note that we do not currently ship any items internationally.

Duties, taxes and any applicable carrier brokerage fees are not included in your order total at checkout.

Carrier brokerage fees will be assessed upon delivery by the postal or shipping carrier and must be paid by the order recipient. Duties and taxes are determined by the customs agency within the destination country. They are based on the value of the order and the tax–free threshold, if it exists, for imported goods. More information can be obtained by contacting your local customs office.
