Refund policy

You are welcome to return or exchange your order within 10 days of the date of delivery in its original packaging and condition.  No returns will be accepted for any products that are not sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return. Once we are satisfied with the condition of the item, you will be refunded via your original method of payment or have the option to exchange your item.

Exchanges are only allowed for the exact same item (i.e. same item in another colour or print) and/or an item of the exact same value. If you would like an item of a different value from the store, you will have to purchase this separately or wait until you have been refunded.

Unfortunately, we do not accept returns of sale items or gift cards.

Shipping fees are non-refundable.  

Any shipping fees associated with making returns are the responsibility of the customer and will not be refunded.

If your product is damaged in any way on delivery, please notify us and send us images as proof within 10 days of delivery on info@napliving.co.za so we may correct this as soon as possible.

No returns will be accepted for any products that are not sufficiently packaged, regardless of the reason for return (i.e. not your cup of tea or damaged or faulty).  If any returned items are damaged during return transit due to obvious insufficient packaging, you may not qualify for a refund/exchange and may be charged the return shipping fee to have the damaged goods returned to you.  

NAP Living does not offer any returns on shipments sent outside the borders of South Africa.

 

Exceptions / non-returnable items
Certain types of items cannot be returned, like perishable goods (such as food, flowers, or plants), custom products (such as special orders or personalized items), and personal care goods (such as beauty products). We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Please get in touch if you have questions or concerns about your specific item.

Exchanges
The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

Refunds
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.

The provision of goods and services by NAP Living is subject to availability. In cases of unavailability, NAP Living will refund the client in full within 30 days. Cancellation of orders by the client will not attract an administration fee.
